Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in luxury hospitality, residential services, concierge, or guest-facing roles preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remain calm and attentive during overnight hours
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional overnight hospitality to residents and their guests, handling requests and resolving concerns with professionalism and discretion
  • Greet residents and guests warmly, using names whenever possible, and escort guests to residences as required
  • Receive, log, store, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries accurately and efficiently
  • Respond promptly to resident inquiries regarding residential and hotel services, hours of operation, and key personnel
  • Ensure the safety and security of the Residences by monitoring access points, conducting regular walkthroughs, and responding appropriately to emergencies, alarms, 911 calls, and weather alerts
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local dining, attractions, cultural events, and activities, providing thoughtful recommendations as needed
  • Coordinate personalized recognition of residents' special occasions when applicable
  • Utilize designated software systems to document requests, manage deliveries, and ensure accurate billing
  • Work collaboratively and professionally with colleagues and supervisors to support overnight operations
  • Adhere to Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules, standards, and codes of conduct at all times
