Job Requirements

Able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
Able to stand for extended periods of time
Able to multitask
Excellent communication skills
Strong knowledge of local restaurants, bars, nightclubs, theatres, shows, and attractions
Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
Multilingual is preferred
Previous luxury hotel or residence concierge experience is preferred

Job Duties

Offering warm, sincere, and personalized welcome to all Residents and guests
Build relationships with Residents and identify personal preferences in each Resident's record
Maintain records of requests, reservations, and confirmations
Respond to all Resident needs and requests
Perform other duties as assigned
