Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Respond to Residence owners’ visitor information, special service, and procedural requests by completing necessary arrangements or identifying appropriate vendors
  • Respond to special requests from Residence owners and guests with special needs and verify their satisfaction
  • Gather, summarize, and provide Residence owners and guests with information about the property and surrounding area, including events and special activities
  • Announce all visitors, contractors, etc. to Residence owners before allowing them to proceed and permit access only to authorized visitors
  • implement key tracking system
  • Respond, log, and process all calls, messages, requests, inquiries or concerns
  • Contact the appropriate person or department (e.g., engineer, bellperson, housekeeping) as needed to resolve a call, request or problem
  • Understand and assist with owners' reservation services (HRS)
  • Assist in elevator booking for Residence owners/tenants’ arrival and departure
  • Assist bell and valet services when owners request their vehicles
  • Perform lobby ambassador duties
  • Review shift logs/daily memos and document relevant information in logbooks
  • Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous working conditions to a manager
  • comply with safety training and certifications
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain clean and professional appearance, protect proprietary information and company assets
  • Greet and recognize all Residence owners and guests according to company standards, anticipate and address service needs, assist persons with disabilities, and thank others with genuine appreciation
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review documents accurately and promptly, and answer phones with appropriate etiquette
  • Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team goals, and respond appropriately to co-worker concerns
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and expectations
  • Stand, sit, or walk for long periods or entire shifts
  • Move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place without assistance objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
