Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least one year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance

Job Duties
- Respond to Residence owners' and guests' requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services
- Announce and permit access only to authorized visitors
- Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve requests or problems
- Assist with owners' reservation services and scheduling of elevators for move-ins and move-outs
- Perform Lobby Ambassador duties to welcome and assist owners and guests
- Review shift logs, daily memos, and document pertinent information
