The Springs at The Waterfront is a premier senior living community located at 1015 W Columbia Way, Vancouver, WA 98660. As part of The Springs Living family, this state-of-the-art, 12-story facility offers approximately 250 private residences catering specifically to those aged 62 and older. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Must be physically able to perform light housekeeping and maintenance duties
- Must be dependable and trustworthy
- Must be able to pass drug test, background check, and DMV records check
- Have had a valid drivers license for at least 5 years
Job Qualifications
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical problems preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in construction and/or apartment maintenance preferred but not required
- CPR and First Aid certified (training paid for and provided by The Springs Living)
- Must be able to pass drug test, background check, and DMV records check
- Have had your drivers license for a minimum of 5 years
Job Duties
- Empties all trash/recycle daily
- Delivers mail packages to residents
- Assists in maintaining the exterior of the building
- Sets up rooms for special functions as needed
- Maintains common areas through carpet cleaning, painting touch up, and floor cleaning
- Valet cars as needed
- Provide night security
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
