Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work overnight shifts including Thursday through Saturday
- reliable and trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility
- physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- basic knowledge of safety and security procedures
- ability to operate security and fire alarm monitoring systems
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in security, custodial, or maintenance roles preferred
- ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- assist in providing a safe, clean, and secure environment for residents, guests, and staff
- provide excellent customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and responding calmly to emergencies
- clean bathrooms and common spaces
- provide custodial and carpet care, maintenance needs, emergency response, security duties, painting and repairs, and other assigned tasks
- conduct regular and random patrols around the senior community and perimeter
- monitor security cameras
- monitor fire and alarm systems
- report irregularities to prevent losses and damage
