Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion
- Ability to work overnight shifts independently
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials possible

- Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Job Duties
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning the restaurant to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health department
- Emptying all trash and recycling and disposing waste properly
- Properly stores and removes garbage and soiled linens
- Follow supervisor’s instructions, communicate with and support co-workers while being a team player
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of proper usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment and supplies
- Reports all breakage, damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management
- Portrays a positive and professional attitude
- Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook
