Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience within facilities maintenance
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • valid driver's license with enrollment in New York State License Event Notification Service (LENS)
  • ability to use tablet-based work order program
  • basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work overnight shifts from 11pm to 8am
  • willingness to work overtime during emergencies
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • good time management and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • maintain a safe and clean building and property
  • perform upkeep and janitorial duties to ensure the community is always in great condition
  • perform snow removal during the winter season
  • provide excellent customer service to residents and represent company core values
  • assist the team by covering the concierge lunch break, including handling deliveries and storing maintenance equipment
  • support site and operations as assigned by manager
  • act as an ambassador of the property by answering resident questions and representing cultural responsibilities
  • perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
