Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience within facilities maintenance
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- valid driver's license with enrollment in New York State License Event Notification Service (LENS)
- ability to use tablet-based work order program
- basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work overnight shifts from 11pm to 8am
- willingness to work overtime during emergencies
- strong problem-solving abilities
- good time management and organizational skills

Job Duties
- maintain a safe and clean building and property
- perform upkeep and janitorial duties to ensure the community is always in great condition
- perform snow removal during the winter season
- provide excellent customer service to residents and represent company core values
- assist the team by covering the concierge lunch break, including handling deliveries and storing maintenance equipment
- support site and operations as assigned by manager
- act as an ambassador of the property by answering resident questions and representing cultural responsibilities
- perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
