Job Duties
- Providing meticulous upkeep of flat lot parking locations including cutting grass cleaning pay machine shelters removing debris and trash installing or moving signage
- Communicating effectively with customers and co-workers
- Performing all designated maintenance and cleaning tasks in a timely manner
- Maintaining equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Working outdoors in various weather conditions
