Job Duties

  • Respond to residence owner requests for visitor information, procedures, or special services such as transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning by conducting appropriate arrangements or identifying service providers
  • Address special requests from residence owners and their guests with special needs and confirm satisfaction
  • Collect, summarize, and provide residence owners and guests with information about the property and surrounding area including events and special activities
  • Announce all visitors, contractors, etc. to residence owners before allowing them to enter and permit access only to authorized visitors while managing the key tracking system
  • Respond to, log, and handle all calls, messages, requests, inquiries, or concerns
  • Contact the appropriate person or department such as engineer, bell staff, or housekeeping as necessary to resolve calls, requests, or issues
  • Assist with reservation services for residence owners
  • Help reserve the elevator for residence owner or tenant move-ins and move-outs
  • Assist bell and valet services when owners request their vehicles
  • Perform lobby ambassador duties
  • Review shift records and daily memos and document relevant information in logbooks
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to managers and complete necessary safety training and certifications
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain a neat and professional appearance, protect proprietary information, and safeguard company assets
  • Welcome and acknowledge residence owners and their guests in accordance with company standards, anticipate and meet service needs, assist persons with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation to others
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review documents accurately and timely, and answer phones using appropriate etiquette
  • Foster positive working relationships with others, support the team in achieving shared goals, and respond appropriately to employee issues
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and expectations
  • Stand, sit, or walk for long periods during shifts
  • Move, lift, transport, push, drag, and place unassisted objects weighing 10 pounds or less
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
  • Adhere to Ritz-Carlton service excellence standards
