Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Excellent communication skills

- Maintain professional appearance
- Completion of safety training and certifications as required

Job Duties
- Respond to residence owners and guests requests for visitor information and special arrangements
- Make arrangements or identify appropriate providers for requested services such as transportation and reservations
- Announce all visitors to residence owners before granting access and manage access through the key track system
- Answer and process calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns promptly
- Contact appropriate departments such as engineering, bellperson, and housekeeping to resolve issues
- Assist with owners reservation services and elevator scheduling for move-in and move-out
- Perform lobby ambassador tasks and maintain clear and accurate documentation of shift logs and communications
