Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year related work experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain professional appearance
  • Completion of safety training and certifications as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in handling telephone etiquette and written communication
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards
  • No supervisory experience required

Job Duties

  • Respond to residence owners and guests requests for visitor information and special arrangements
  • Make arrangements or identify appropriate providers for requested services such as transportation and reservations
  • Announce all visitors to residence owners before granting access and manage access through the key track system
  • Answer and process calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns promptly
  • Contact appropriate departments such as engineering, bellperson, and housekeeping to resolve issues
  • Assist with owners reservation services and elevator scheduling for move-in and move-out
  • Perform lobby ambassador tasks and maintain clear and accurate documentation of shift logs and communications
