Job Requirements
- Minimum one year experience in hospitality industry
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass an airport security clearance

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of hospitality industry experience
- Experience in guest or customer service
- Valid in-state driver’s license with clean driving record

Job Duties
- Greet arriving guests and provide courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic service for valet parking
- Check and notify guests of pre-existing damage to their vehicles
- Record guest names, vehicle information and secure guest keys for parking
- Accommodate guests requiring special assistance and aid
- Inspect vehicles for overall condition and note dents, missing parts, or distinguishing features
- Identify vehicle designated parking location and provide guests with vehicle claim checks
- Report issues or potential problems impacting vehicle security and avoid traffic congestion
- Assist guests with luggage
- Respond to emergency situations when requested
- Promote and maintain highest level of customer service
- Respond effectively to guest inquiries
- Resolve guest complaints or escalate when necessary
- Keep valet area neat and tidy
- Quote prices for parking services and handle payments
