Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to perform various store-related duties as assigned

- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending and twisting while handling products or using equipment
Job Duties
- Ferry shopping carts from outside the store to the interior
- Coordinate and collect trash from the parking lot, lawn, and inside the store
- Safely operate snow removal equipment for snow clearance
- Handle perishable and salvage returns
- Perform basic store and restroom cleaning
- Assist at the service desk, store entrance, check lanes, and parking lot areas
- Collaborate with various departments including Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
