Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • Plan and monitor shift activities

  • Manage food safety, security, and cleanliness standards
  • Oversee inventory management and daily maintenance
  • Train, schedule, and motivate team members to meet performance goals
