Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Must be friendly guest-focused knowledgeable about the area and able to work independently
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain focused and accurate during the overnight shift 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with hotel property management systems
  • Understanding of basic accounting auditing and front desk operations
  • Must be able to read write and communicate clearly in English
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during overnight shifts
  • Ability to lift carry and manipulate various items ex luggage weighing up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Verify and post all daily room charges ensuring they are correctly assigned to guest folios or master accounts
  • Post confirm and balance all charges and adjustments made throughout the day
  • Run required system reports and ensure all end-of-day processes are completed with supporting documentation attached
  • Reconcile balances between the property management system and the credit card processing system to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain a high level of integrity professionalism and service throughout guest and team interactions
  • Provide assistance to overnight guests and ensure all guest needs are addressed with care and efficiency
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
