Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior management experience in hospitality, resort, hotel, or event venues
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform property patrols and lifting tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Availability to work overtime when required

- Management experience in hospitality, resort, hotel, or wedding/event venues
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and walking the property
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Act as the on-site manager on duty during overnight shifts
- Handle after-hours guest check-in/check-out and reservations as needed
- Answer and route incoming guest calls with professional phone etiquette
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive guest experience
- Conduct routine property patrols to maintain safety and security
- Coordinate with security staff during events when applicable
- Oversee overnight hotel and resort operations
- Complete meeting room and event setup transitions including furniture movement
- Inspect vacant rooms and facilities and report maintenance or housekeeping issues
- Shut down utilities in unused areas to control costs
- Balance cash banks and handle register transactions
- Communicate shift details to incoming management and front desk staff
