Job Requirements
- meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction
- experience of 2-5 years in maintenance
- knowledge of hvac, plumbing or electrical systems
- ability to perform light carpentry and paint tasks
- certification in pool operation preferred
- excellent communication skills
- valid driver's license preferred
- ability to read, write and understand English

Job Duties
- perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems
- install and service equipment and fixtures
- manage and execute preventive maintenance schedules
- troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
- collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- maintain repair logs and documentation
- ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
