Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
- One month related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles
- Ability to read, write and comprehend English
- Basic math skills
- Ability to understand time and rate systems
- Ability to operate manual transmission desired
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting and driving
Job Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- One month related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend and follow simple instructions and correspondence
- Effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group scenarios
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with money units
- Understanding of 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand applicable parking rates and timing
- Manual transmission operation skills preferred
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Duties
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests and co-workers
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using a professional and friendly approach
- Park and retrieve vehicles while driving cautiously and safely
- Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage including delivery and pick up
- Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- Provide guests with information regarding directions, taxis, reservations, local amenities and meeting rooms
- Deliver messages, items and guest amenities as requested
- Shuttle guests to approved locations as needed
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures upon arrival
- Issue claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys and collect claim checks before issuing keys
- Complete and maintain accurate ticket information including key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey and claim check receipts
- Calculate and collect parking revenue when necessary
