Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- ability to work overnight from 12am to 8am
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds
- strong communication skills
- reliable and detail-oriented
- flexible availability for part-time hours
Job Qualifications

- excellent communication and customer service skills
- prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus
- ability to work overnight shifts
- positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 35 pounds during shift
- bilingual is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet customers and assist with wash/dry/fold services
- operate POS system accurately and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness of machines, floors, restrooms, and folding areas
- ensure a safe, welcoming store environment
- solve minor issues and escalate when needed
- promote and upsell laundry services or products
