Job Requirements
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Previous room service delivery experience a plus
- Ability to work the 11:00 pm to 7:00 am shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous room service or food and beverage experience preferred
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Strong customer service orientation
- Physical ability to lift moderate weights
- Ability to work overnight shifts
Job Duties
- Present guest food and beverage preferences timely and to temperature
- Engage in casual conversation to enhance guest experience
- Prepare in room dining orders and ensure accuracy
- Remove serving trays promptly and maintain cleanliness
- Maintain a sanitary and safe environment during service
- Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols during service
