- Adequate reading and writing skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to walk and bend frequently
- Willingness to work in damp locations
- Ability to provide on-call service during emergencies

- Demonstrated ability to perform general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, mopping, and emptying trash cans
- Ability to stand for long periods

- Ability to provide on-call service as needed
Job Duties
- Perform general housekeeping duties within assigned areas
- Maintain floor cleanliness through stripping, refinishing, waxing, and buffing using power machines
- Clean classrooms, kitchens, offices, corridors, stairways, and other campus areas
- Maintain washroom fixtures and surfaces
- Clean study corrals, glassware, lecture halls, lounges, recreational areas, fitness centers, pool areas, game rooms, and television lounges
- Use wet and dry mops and floor machines to clean floors
- Provide on-call service during critical and emergency university events
