Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to respond quickly to guest requests
- Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 55 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and security policies
- Basic communication skills in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong team orientation and customer service skills
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving equipment
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Willingness to complete safety training and certifications
Job Duties
- Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests
- Identify and report maintenance issues in public and guest areas
- Post caution signs and contact relevant departments for urgent repairs
- Deliver guest requests and arrange furniture in rooms
- Remove debris, trays, newspapers, linens, and trash from hallways to service areas
- Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment
- Follow safety and security procedures including training and proper storage of flammable materials
