Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to respond quickly to guest requests
  • Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 55 pounds without assistance
  • Willingness to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow safety and security policies
  • Basic communication skills in English

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Strong team orientation and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving equipment
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • Willingness to complete safety training and certifications

Job Duties

  • Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests
  • Identify and report maintenance issues in public and guest areas
  • Post caution signs and contact relevant departments for urgent repairs
  • Deliver guest requests and arrange furniture in rooms
  • Remove debris, trays, newspapers, linens, and trash from hallways to service areas
  • Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment
  • Follow safety and security procedures including training and proper storage of flammable materials
