Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to respond promptly to guest and departmental requests
- Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 55 pounds
- Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts
- Willingness to adhere to safety and security policies
- Availability to work overnight shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to assist individuals with disabilities

Job Duties
- Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
- Identify and report preventative or maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms
- Post caution signs as necessary
- Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs
- Deliver guest requests and set up furniture items in guest rooms
- Remove debris, soiled linens, trash, and room service items from hallways to service areas
- Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests
- Support team goals and maintain quality standards
- Move, lift, carry, and place objects as required
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
