Job Duties
- Maintain professional and healthy relationships with all departments within the hotel
- Respond to a variety of guest request with corrective analyzing and brand standards
- Perform all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, periodically as needed
- Lead by example and with a sense of ownership
- Quickly correct safety concerns and ensure guest and colleague safety
- Address any guest concerns while ensuring the proper follow up is delivered
- Lead the effort for colleague engagement during our night shifts
