Job Duties
- function as acting supervisor on duty during nighttime
- support various hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, stewarding, food & beverage, and security
- address guest and colleague concerns promptly and professionally
- ensure Hyatt brand standards are maintained by colleagues and vendors
- maintain high communication levels with multiple hotel divisions
- perform night audit duties as required
- lead colleague engagement efforts during night shifts
