- 2-3 years of progressive hotel rooms management experience preferred
- knowledge of computers and systems

Job Duties
- function as acting supervisor on duty during the nighttime
- support hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, stewarding, food & beverage, and security
- assist in addressing guest and colleague concerns
- ensure Hyatt brand standards are observed by colleagues and vendors
- maintain communication with multiple hotel divisions
- perform audit procedures as needed
- cover overnight shifts for night audit as needed
