- strong desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of computers and hotel systems

Job Duties
- function as acting supervisor on duty during nighttime
- support multiple hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, stewarding, food and beverage, and security
- assist in addressing guest and colleague concerns
- ensure adherence to Hyatt brand standards by colleagues and vendors
- maintain high communication levels with hotel team
- perform audit procedures as needed
- maintain professional and healthy interdepartmental relationships
- respond to guest requests with problem-solving and brand standard compliance
- quickly correct safety concerns ensuring guest and colleague safety
- address guest concerns with proper follow-up
- lead colleague engagement during night shifts
