Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation
  • clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in past three years
  • successful background check
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • adherence to uniform and grooming standards
  • ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Issue tickets

  • complete shift logs
  • track tickets and revenue
  • document parking activity
  • label keys and record vehicle details
  • maintain organized records
  • check the lot regularly for safety
  • report unsafe or suspicious activity
  • enforce parking policies
  • keep the parking area and booth clean
  • assist with light cleaning or janitorial tasks
  • help guests with payments and parking questions
  • use radios for team communication
  • arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance
  • attend training sessions and adapt to scheduling needs
