Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in guest services or related hospitality roles preferred
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical capability to lift and carry luggage
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must provide documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Experience in luxury hotel or restaurant environments preferred
- Ability to communicate proficiently in English
- Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry luggage and operate luggage carts
- Skilled at multitasking in a high-volume, demanding setting
- Eligible and authorized to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Greet all guests and deliver luggage to rooms during overnight check-in
- Pick up luggage from rooms upon guest departure and move to storage or front drive
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and pickups
- Handle guest interactions with professionalism and hospitality, accommodating special requests and resolving complaints
- Assist Concierge and Front Desk with deliveries and special requests
- Receive vehicles from guests and park safely in hotel garage, adhering to traffic regulations and maintaining awareness of surroundings
- Assess and document any vehicle damage on claim tickets
- Perform errands that may require off-property travel
- Assist with preparation and delivery of In Room Dining and housekeeping items during overnight shift
- Comply with Four Seasons' work rules and standards of conduct
- Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors
