Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of previous work experience in guest services
  • Prior experience at a luxury hotel or resort
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Able to read, write and speak English
  • Legal work authorization in the United States

  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the local area and transportation routes is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure

Job Duties

  • Park arriving and retrieve departing guest vehicles safely adhering to company and government traffic regulations and Resort Garage Parking Policy
  • Assess and document any vehicle damage and note on claim ticket with location
  • Deliver and pick up luggage to and from guests rooms maintaining detailed records
  • Greet and welcome all arriving guests with amenity and escort or guide guests to the front desk
  • Provide assistance to all guests passing through the lobby
  • Provide safe and comfortable rides for resort guests ensuring limo and house cars are well maintained and stocked
  • Maintain transport logs and ensure efficient city knowledge for timely guest transportation
  • Offer guests directions, recommendations, and information about local attractions
  • Arrange taxis or resort vehicle transport as needed
  • Handle all guest interactions with highest hospitality and professionalism
  • Accommodate special requests when possible
  • Resolve customer complaints and assist in inquiries related to hotel services and events
