Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- driver’s license and clean driving record
- strong communication skills in English
- physical ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
- ability to work overnight shifts and weekends
- flexibility to accommodate varying schedules
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Experience in luxury hotel or restaurant preferred
- must be flexible with schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- clean driving record and valid driver's license
- ability to lift, carry, and maneuver luggage and luggage carts
- ability to multitask in high volume and demanding environment
- authorized to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Greet guests and assist with luggage during overnight hours
- pick up luggage from rooms upon guest departure and manage storage or front drive placement
- maintain accurate records of luggage deliveries and pickups
- handle guest interactions with professionalism and hospitality, addressing special requests and resolving complaints
- assist Concierge and Front Desk with deliveries and special tasks
- receive and park guest vehicles safely in compliance with traffic regulations
- assess and document vehicle damage and parking location
- perform errands that may include local travel off hotel property
- support In Room Dining and housekeeping with deliveries during overnight shift
- comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards
- collaborate professionally with coworkers and supervisors
