Job Duties
- Assist guests with overnight check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage nightly laundry operations in line with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry area
- Ensure prompt and courteous guest service throughout the shift
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns
- Adhere to all company policies, including safety and operational protocols
- Collaborate with night team for smooth operational flow
