Job Requirements
- Passion for the community and hospitality
- Availability for overnight shifts from 11 pm to 7 am including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and Motor Vehicle Report
- Minimum two years of guest/customer service experience in hospitality or luxury services
- Professional proficiency in English
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and push a bell cart with 100 lbs

- High attention to detail and a passion for hospitality
- Ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Demonstrate passion and genuine care for guests, handling interactions with professionalism
- Own all aspects of the guest experience from reservation to departure
- Accommodate special guest requests, even breaking protocol when necessary
- Serve as a tour guide for hotel experiences, personalizing guest interactions
- Master hotel systems to manage information from pre-arrival to post-departure
- Ensure all guest requests are delivered without overlooking details
- Adapt to guest needs by performing multiple roles including bellman, valet, or greeter
- Display professionalism and discretion in all guest interactions
- Collaborate with co-workers and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Proactively suggest service improvements to management
- Seize opportunities to assist guests and co-workers beyond normal duties
- Uphold hotel policies including being a smoke-free and drug-free workplace
