- Availability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to operate computer and point-of-sale systems

Job Duties
- Greet guests and complete the registration process including inputting and retrieving guest information
- Assist guests with check-out by ensuring rooms and services are accurately accounted and processing payments
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information including room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and local area
- Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities to maximize room occupancy
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Field guest complaints, conduct research, and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction
- Receive, input, retrieve, and relay messages to guests
