Job Requirements
- Valid drivers license with no major infractions for 6 months
- Ability to work a full shift standing and moving between valet lot and hotel areas
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Must be able to assist guests physically with luggage
- Must have a pleasant and helpful personality
- Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus
- Ability to solve problems when they arise
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Pleasant and helpful personality

- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Job Duties
- Help guests discover their wanderlust experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
- Interact with all guests and welcome each guest to the hotel
- Open guests' doors as they arrive by motor vehicle
- Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check-in
- Park and retrieve guests' vehicles as requested
- Escort guests and their luggage to their rooms while explaining amenities and hotel features
- Work collaboratively with other attendants to provide personalized guest experiences
- Assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized
- Go beyond standard service to be the difference with all guests and employees
