Job Requirements

  • Valid drivers license with no major infractions for 6 months
  • Ability to work a full shift standing and moving between valet lot and hotel areas
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
  • Must be able to assist guests physically with luggage
  • Must have a pleasant and helpful personality
  • Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus
  • Ability to solve problems when they arise
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Pleasant and helpful personality
  • Strong desire to make an impact on other people
  • Outgoing and engaging personality
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
  • Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Help guests discover their wanderlust experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
  • Interact with all guests and welcome each guest to the hotel
  • Open guests' doors as they arrive by motor vehicle
  • Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check-in
  • Park and retrieve guests' vehicles as requested
  • Escort guests and their luggage to their rooms while explaining amenities and hotel features
  • Work collaboratively with other attendants to provide personalized guest experiences
  • Assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized
  • Go beyond standard service to be the difference with all guests and employees
