Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality or guest relations roles
- ability to work overnight shifts and flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills in English
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks using computer and communication tools
- capability to manage stressful situations calmly
- multitasking and organizational skills
- willingness to act as Manager on Duty during shifts when required

- Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality supervision
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- proficient in using guest service software and systems

Job Duties
- Train and supervise the overnight guest relations team
- welcome and efficiently manage guest arrivals and departures
- process payments following established hotel procedures
- provide accurate information to guests and visitors
- oversee and hold the team accountable for NEXUS system usage and department goals
- manage Guest Relations Researchers, Creative Planners, Taskmasters, Guest Relations Hosts, Expert Hosts (Concierge), and Bell teams during their shifts
- conduct on-the-job training and ongoing training initiatives
- fulfill special and personalized guest requests, including those for VIPs and children
- act as Manager on Duty when the Overnight Manager is off, managing operational and guest relations matters
- respond to Guest Relations Manager emails and action requests
- perform additional hotel operational duties as required
- frequently stand and walk during shifts, handle occasional lifting and bending, and use computer and communication tools extensively
- work varied schedules including weekends and holidays with possible extended hours during peak periods
