- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- full availability must be able to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- perform general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms
- perform repairs in meeting spaces and front of house areas
- conduct preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public areas
- repair mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment
- troubleshoot issues related to electricity and plumbing
- communicate effectively with team members and other departments
- ensure maintenance tasks are completed promptly
