Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in front office operations
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service

Job Duties
- Lead and coach front office associates
- Oversee guest registration and check-in processes
- Communicate hotel services and promotions to guests
- Perform and ensure accuracy of night audit
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and training for front office staff
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Support senior leadership with basic management responsibilities
