Job Requirements

  • Ability to work overnight shifts
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach front office associates
  • Oversee guest registration and check-in processes
  • Communicate hotel services and promotions to guests
  • Perform and ensure accuracy of night audit
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and training for front office staff
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues
  • Support senior leadership with basic management responsibilities
