Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stay awake through the overnight shift and hours may vary
  • Weekend and holiday availability is required
  • Flexibility with work schedule including nights and holidays
  • Ability to occasionally exert up to 50 pounds of force
  • Frequent standing for long periods
  • Ability to use a keyboard and mouse proficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Guest service experience required
  • proficiency in microsoft office applications preferred

Job Duties

  • Adhere to the companys service culture and 4 keys to creating guests for life
  • Actively participate in the team member referral program and serve as a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort
  • Participate in all required resort meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance including proper uniform and nametag
  • Utilize HMS software proficiently for all front office operations
  • Perform guest services such as check-ins, check-outs, reservation handling, and wake-up calls
  • Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports regularly
  • Prepare and distribute daily and month-end operational and financial reports
  • Audit and reconcile Front Desk and Food & Beverage Cashier work
  • Timely audit, consolidate, and transmit all credit card transactions
  • Prioritize duties to meet strict deadlines
  • Ensure accuracy in all reported financial and statistical numbers
  • Input and update financial information within the corporate communications network
  • Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and annual data processing system functions
  • Inform management of any unusual operational or financial events or policy deviations
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally
  • Comply with all resort policies and safety regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
