Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years luxury experience in hospitality
  • Cultural sensitivity to Hawai’i and its workforce
  • Strong leadership communication and organization skills
  • Legal work authorization in the United States

  • Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Resolve guest concerns and interact with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • Frequently tour the hotel and monitor activities of all other departments to assure that standards are being met staff is being supported and guest needs are fulfilled
  • Review late arrivals next day early arrivals and departures to plan for the next day’s activities in addition to facilitating billing requirements
  • Audit room blocks and address any discrepancies
  • Prepare proper handling of special attention guests return guests groups etc
  • Respond properly in any resort emergency or safety situation
  • Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors
