Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work overnight shift from 11:30 pm to 7:30 am Monday through Friday
- friendly and professional attitude
- reliable and punctual
- basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Greet and sign in/out all guests and vendors entering the building
- handle all internal and external inquiries
- track resident and guest requests ensuring timely completion by appropriate departments including maintenance and housekeeping
- receive and distribute mail and packages
- assist in coordinating resident move-ins and move-outs
- create a five-star experience for residents and guests
- maintain a positive first and last impression of the community
