Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one plus years experience in luxury hotel or similar customer service environment preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally
  • cultural sensitivity and strong customer service orientation
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • One plus years experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset

  • guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest's preferences

Job Duties

  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • assists guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
  • responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner, interactions with guest will be in person and by phone
  • resolves guest complaints, and finds opportunities to recognize and personalize the service experience for all guests
