Job Duties
- manage day-to-day front office operations ensuring quality and customer expectations are met
- develop goals and plans to organize work priorities
- handle guest complaints disputes and conflicts
- supervise staffing levels to meet service operational and financial objectives
- communicate effectively with employees about business objectives and performance expectations
- manage front desk operations including check-in and check-out processes
- provide coaching feedback and training to staff to enhance customer service
