Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
  • College level courses in business or hospitality preferred
  • Two to three years of business experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods
  • Ability to handle, finger, grasp, and lift objects and packages
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property and building
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
  • Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • College level courses in business or hospitality preferred
  • Two to three years of business experience preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy with command of information system hardware and software preferred
  • Multiple language fluency is desirable

Job Duties

  • Work independently without direct supervision
  • Possess strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills
  • Meet and greet residents and guests
  • Check guests and service providers in and out
  • Understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures
  • Monitor and operate electronic security control systems
  • Accurately maintain daily logs, records, and forms
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
  • Monitor emergency response system
  • Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively
  • Monitor and control access to the building
  • Resolve and follow up on complaints and issues
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the property
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
  • Perform other assigned duties as required by the property manager
