Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- six to twelve months of customer service experience preferred
- must be 18 years or older
- willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification
- ability to stand and move continuously throughout the shift
- capability to lift up to 75 pounds
- willingness to frequently clean and sanitize equipment and facilities
- must adhere to health and safety protocols
- strong communication skills
- dependable and punctual
- positive attitude and motivation to assist others
Job Qualifications
- Six to twelve months of experience in a customer service environment preferred
- must be 18 years of age or older
- willing to become CPR/AED certified with training provided
- basic computer proficiency
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club
- assist with questions or concerns during check-in
- promote the Judgement Free Zone® by supporting members on the club floor
- resolve member concerns and escalate to a manager as needed
- answer phone calls and assist callers
- perform membership functions including sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers
- conduct prospective member calls and tours assessing membership needs
- execute retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals
- clean and sanitize exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities regularly
- ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and clutter free by following cleaning schedules
- perform comprehensive club area walk-throughs addressing safety, policy, and cleanliness issues
- promptly report maintenance and facility concerns such as broken equipment or fixtures
