Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Possess a great attitude
- Willingness to learn new things
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to empathize and problem solve
- Punctuality and reliability
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to stand and walk continually during shifts
- Ability to reach with hands, fingers, and arms continually
- Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching
- Ability to occasionally lift over 50 pounds
- Willingness to work with cleaning chemicals
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Enthusiasm for health and fitness
- CPR certification preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Answering member questions in person or over the phone
- Completing member check-ins
- Giving new member tours and signing them up
- Cleaning throughout the facility including bathrooms, locker rooms, Black Card area, and workout area
- Maintaining a welcoming and friendly environment
- Assisting with membership inquiries and resolving issues
- Ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met
