Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in adult care or overnight caregiving preferred
- Dependable and quick to respond
- Clean background and drug checks
- Valid driver’s license and insured car
- Ability to work flexible overnight hours
- Strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior recruiting or caregiving experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in English
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle optional but preferred
Job Duties
- Recruit caregivers for overnight shifts only
- Manage scheduling and communication with care team members
- Conduct interviews and screen potential caregivers
- Provide support and coaching to new hires
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with franchise management on hiring decisions
- Promote Right at Home values and employer brand
