Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous houseman and/or supervisor experience preferred
  • ability to work overnight shifts Monday through Sunday from 8:00 pm to 7:00 am
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • ability to respond quickly to last-minute changes
  • availability to work full-time schedule
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • previous houseman and/or supervisor experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work overnight shifts
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to coordinate with multiple teams
  • customer service experience
  • basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • conduct thorough inspections of all banquet spaces before each event to confirm proper setup as per BEO specifications
  • ensure tables, chairs, staging, audiovisual equipment, and other event elements are arranged correctly
  • coordinate with the banquet set-up team to make real-time adjustments as necessary
  • work closely with the banquet manager and operations team to address any discrepancies in room sets
  • act as a point of contact for any last-minute changes, ensuring immediate resolution
  • check guests in and/or out of the hotel
  • resolve guest challenges throughout their stay
