Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous houseman and/or supervisor experience preferred
- ability to work overnight shifts Monday through Sunday from 8:00 pm to 7:00 am
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- ability to respond quickly to last-minute changes
- availability to work full-time schedule
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- conduct thorough inspections of all banquet spaces before each event to confirm proper setup as per BEO specifications
- ensure tables, chairs, staging, audiovisual equipment, and other event elements are arranged correctly
- coordinate with the banquet set-up team to make real-time adjustments as necessary
- work closely with the banquet manager and operations team to address any discrepancies in room sets
- act as a point of contact for any last-minute changes, ensuring immediate resolution
- check guests in and/or out of the hotel
- resolve guest challenges throughout their stay
