Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools including dishwashers and waste compactors
- wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, tables, utensils, knives, and equipment
- receive deliveries, store perishable products, and rotate inventory
- ensure all clean dishware is stored properly
- use chemical detergents, disinfectants, and rinse products in three-compartment sinks
- inspect, organize, and handle clean and soiled items
- empty trash bins and maintain waste disposal areas
- clean and mop all assigned areas
- break down cardboard and recyclables for proper disposal
- follow all company safety policies and report accidents or hazardous conditions
- communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- meet quality standards and expectations
- lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, reaching, bending, twisting, and squatting
- perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors
