Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- valid driver's license in your state of residence
- 3+ years of route delivery driving experience with a box truck
- physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
- ability to push/pull up to 300 lbs with four-wheel dolly
- proficient in spoken and written English
- comfortable working in 38-70 degrees Fahrenheit warehouse temperatures
- able to work in all outdoor weather conditions
- capable of frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, and reaching
- thrive in fast-paced nighttime environment
- must pass DOT physical
- must pass drug screen
- must pass lifting assessment
- must pass background check
- must pass MVR with a clean record (minimal accidents or tickets in past 3 years
- no DUIs in past 5 years)
Job Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license in your state of residence
- 3+ years of route delivery driving and backing with a box truck (hands-on, physically active role)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to push/pull up to 300 lbs with a four-wheel dolly
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable working in 38-70 degrees Fahrenheit warehouse temperatures and all outdoor weather
- Ability to perform frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, and reaching
- Thrives in a fast-paced nighttime environment
- Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, lifting assessment, background check, and MVR with a clean record (minimal accidents/tickets in past 3 years
- no DUIs in past 5 years)
Job Duties
- Ensure products are delivered accurately and on schedule to assigned stores
- Use written directions and GPS to efficiently navigate your route
- Operate an electronic tablet to record delivered quantities and complete daily store check-ins
- Collect empty trays from stores at each delivery
- Participate in required training, safety courses, and information meetings
- Apply proper set points for transport
- perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document issues
- Maintain truck cleanliness
- promptly report major issues to supervisors
- Work in 38-70 degrees Fahrenheit to load/unload, verify order counts, and complete paperwork
- Provide professional, courteous service with every delivery
- Safely operate, maintain, and clean a 24-28-foot straight box truck
- Complete and submit DOT logs and other required paperwork accurately and on time
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives and goals
